A technology for manufacturing of biodegradable flame retarded corrugated board packages is developed.

It has been tested at a standard production machine for a quick up scaling at an industrial level in a Bulgarian enterprise.

The produced prototypes of corrugated board packages are biodegradable, fire proof, with low smoke developed index and sufficient physical and mechanical properties.
